My name is Abigail Andrade, and I’m the owner and baker at Hapa Bakes. Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, I was deeply immersed in diverse ethnic cultures throughout my upbringing. This rich cultural experience ignited my passion for tropical flavors. At Hapa Bakes, I bring a slice of the tropics to Arizona by infusing classic desserts with vibrant Polynesian and tropical flavors.
